I have an account with BzzAgent but I have never received an invite for anything but a survey back in August of 2021. What's the deal?

Most social networks like Facebook allow you to make posts to your page by third party companies "private" or "seen by me only". I do this so that my friends and relatives aren't bombarded with posts from BzzAgent. When I do want to share something from them, I just change the status of that post to "public".
