If you have a claim on a cover, they will only deal by email. Worst car cover I ever bought. JUNK!
They do not know the meaning of customer service. 30 dollar for warranty shipping which is probably the true cost of their cover plus actual shipping fee.
They never respond via email nor do they answer questions. Very poor customer service.
I held on the line for about 2 min my experience shows that it was easy to talk to an agent
