What made you choose Casagear over similar businesses?
I ordered a sofa back on May 9th and I continue to hear that it is still being processed and hasn't shipped yet and then it will take several days
If you buy a desk that needs drawer slides and drawer pulls and they do not come with shipment. Order number is 4384.
I ordered a wooden nautical chest on June 5th and it still hasn't been shipped. I've been billed and paid for the item. I called last week and they said they would send it back to the warehouse. I have heard nothing since. Horrible customer service. Order # no-39082
