Hi Lucas, we print the case as exactly as the design you submit. As long as your picture is clear, the printing result will be clear. The preview online may look blurry just because it is compressed to show on the website. It will not effect the final result.

Yes, the LG Stylo 3 case leaves access to the stylus. The picture wraps around the entire case including the back and the sides. The case has no front cover. It is a regular back case and the picture wraps around the front lips too.
