on 5/11/23You can contact our support team via the chat at support.cex.io and email support.cex.io. Support team replies to every single request in a queue order, thus the wait time depends on the case complicity and current workflow. The wait time may take from 48 hours up to 7 days.
I used both, the chat (via their web site) and the email option to contact CEX.IO support, usually got an answer within two days sometimes faster. All of them were real answers which made sense, and usually helpful. If nothelpful, my requests usually got forwarded to other teams which were able to resolve the issues, though this may take a bit longer like a week or so.
I never received answers made up from prefabricated, useless text blocks, which I found extremly annoying on some other exchanges..
