This company is a scam! Don't use them! They need to be reported to the BBB!

They are a Scam avoid even in disaster like caronavirus they will not refund you.

I agree they took my money this is so true! They are a scam don't trust them. They will take your money and don't care. Due to covid I feel everyone should be able to get a full refund.

They are a legit company. I booked a trip to Cancun Mexico and had no trouble at all. Very smooth vacation. However, if you need to cancel trip for any reason please be prepared for long wait times! This company does not like to cancel trips.

Cheapcaribbean.com is scam for the most part. Look at all their online reviews and better business bureau. They are all almost mentioning scam like practices.

Scam with legit tendencies. Beware, do not use them. Website is not user friendly and when THEY make errors to your acct they block u from fully using the site and you have to call in and wait for at least an hour to resolve issue
