Why doesn't Cheap Caribbean show the room that you are booking? I feel that is a major feature when trying to book.

If you read reviews online you will see that this is one of the ways they scan their customers.

Do your own research on the hotel and room. Google the resort and check reviews for yourself outside of the Cheap Caribbean website. Also, check YouTube they always have real people doing real reviews on resorts.
