I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.

No. Stay away please. Cos incase of any mistake they will charge you so much and customer service will give you grief. They might even be rude to you like they were to me. My advice to you, if 90% of the reviewers are saying negative things, please stay away. Go to google flights or orbitz. They have good pricing too

No. Don't trust them. It's a nightmare! I will never buy tickets there.

The problems begin after you have payed. They use cheap airlines that can cancel or change several time the schedule. They avoid the responsibility to deal with those airlines. I had to cancel a flight because of this situation and finally bought another very expensive flight with them. They did not reimburse the cancel flight for a year. They payed when I pushed them when I began to call several times for several hours and treating fo go with the consumer's protection authorities. If you want to go with those risks, go ahead but you have been warned.

No, you can get the same prices directly from the airline without paying all the fees. No refunds after 4 hours or you have to pay $$$ Airlines give you 24 hours.

I did not have a problem with paying. The issue was as soon as you paid they called to change your travel dates and said there was nothing they could do and you had to contact the airline directly. The change fees were exhorbitant and you may end up paying twice the amount. I think they keep reselling the seats after you have paid - they you are stuck.

You can trust them as long as you do not have refund issues later on. I finally got refunded after almost 11 months and after posting my situation to different sites.
