Its is a real agency but not a good one. They book unavailable fligjts and then you have to call and go thru several people to make sure they dont charge you. DONT USE THEM. Book thru other sites or airlines themselves.

Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!

It is real. I later found I could have got the same round trip directly from the airline for more than 100.00 less. Their customer service is absolutely awful!

Lucky David M. Being refunded "the difference after a lot of pressure." Four months after being promised a refund I have seen nothing. I keep bugging them and they keep saying the money is coming. I think they are indeed a scam.

Dodgy rather than a scam. Just look at the customer reviews and it's a no brainer to avoid them.

The scam occurs after you have booked and right before you travel, you get a call saying that your flight has been changed. Your family's vacation is set, your schedule gets totally messed up and you can no longer make changes without exhorbitant charges. Their customer service is absent and you are on your own sometimes stranded at the airport. The headache and expense is just not worth booking with Cheapo - there is nothing cheap about Cheapo.

It's real but expect an awful and dishonest service. I warn you!

I don't think they are a "scam" but they are definitely deceptive, expensive and have awful customer service. It is a horrible company and you should give your business to somebody else.

They pose as a cheap flight alternative. One that cost me an exra $100 over booking direct with an airline.
Don't use them.

I think it is a legit agency but a little shady in their conduct of business. They will publish very low fare prices but when you click and buy it, it will tell you that the price had "suddenly" changed to the same level as their more professional competitors. In the end, I was able to obtain a somewhat good price from them after several tries. If you don't have the time, just go to Travelocity or Orbitz.

Well they don't scam in a way that you won't get a ticket after you pay! They scam only when you have any thoughts about making changes to a particular flight / ticket you may have purchased from this agency, or Incase you wish to buy ticket on a specific date that suits you best. Initially they say no flights available when you call and later they confirm flight availability at much higher cost to the customers.
I just got off plane from same ticket I bought from this agency over which I stated my experience by the review I posted online.
The best part is, for this very date I kept asking them several times as my wife was travelling on this date March 28th. And you would be surprised to hear that 60% of the plane today was empty where this agency initially refused to issue a change flight ticket, and later made me wait and then quoted $450/-for only date change and to fly on this date. The reason was, no seats are available! I hope you got ever thing clear by now :) (read my previous review about this detail)
Rest assured they do offer ligit flight tickets, no doubt about that!

I have used it for many trips,, from domestic,, to international,, just booked third trip to China round trip, for 683.,, I have never had a problem with getting ticketed here or overseas,, not a scam,, word

They are a real agency, but use at your own risk! The first time I used them they were good. After that I had nothing but issues. I have been double billed on my credit card, I waived the extra fees only to find additional charges on my credit card. Once they get your credit card number they seem to use it at will. And when you call to try to clear up the issue, you get a foreign operator who gives you nothing more than attitude and tell you your completely wrong.

May I suggest trying skyscanner.ca I used it after cheapoair when they left me stranded and in a bind and they work out well for me. But mind you I have only used once and they were cheaper than cheapoair.

I don't think it's a scam as they did refund me the difference after a lot of pressure and the flights do come through from Ryanair. Just don't trust the prices.

It's real, just not the cheapest one. I would not recommend it.
