on 4/15/15HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT book with them! Any questions you might have, will not be anxwered. They say 24/7 phone answers, BUT! I got hung up on the first time I called. Second time, i was put on hold for the whole hour, FINALLY got in touch with customer service rep and got put back on hold because he could hardly speak English and couldn't answer any of my questions. He said he needs to transfer me to some other department and I ended up being put on hold for another 15 minutes.
Finally, I got connected and was put on hold AGAIN!
There is so many travel agencies, please do not book with this one unless you have to. They are cheap on customer service, answers and travel insurance does not apply to change of flight changes but to medical only. PLEASE go to your regular travel agents and do not book with this company!
