HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE USED FOR OTHER PURPOSES AND ALSO THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE E-TICKET SINCE YOU ARE THE MOST CHEAP TICKET I FOUND BUT I AM AFRAID I LOOSE MY MONEY

Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT book with them! Any questions you might have, will not be anxwered. They say 24/7 phone answers, BUT! I got hung up on the first time I called. Second time, i was put on hold for the whole hour, FINALLY got in touch with customer service rep and got put back on hold because he could hardly speak English and couldn't answer any of my questions. He said he needs to transfer me to some other department and I ended up being put on hold for another 15 minutes.
Finally, I got connected and was put on hold AGAIN!
There is so many travel agencies, please do not book with this one unless you have to. They are cheap on customer service, answers and travel insurance does not apply to change of flight changes but to medical only. PLEASE go to your regular travel agents and do not book with this company!

I have used Cheap Air many times over the years and have NEVER (knock on wood) had ANY issues with security. In addition I just print off my confirmation and my ticket has ALWAYS been there. Planning on booking another trip next month! Very happy with my experience with them!

Like Darlene, I have used CheapOAir more than once & have been very, very happy with the end result (especially lower price & great customer service when I needed to make change). Will keep using them as I'm very happy with the experience.

I have had the same experience as Darlene above. I just booked another trip with no problem. In fact, I needed to cancel a car rental and customer service was extremely helpful. As a rule, I don't allow any site to keep my credit card info on file.
