You dont. As I am finding out right now with a lot of research, you wont ever get ahold of anyone or hear from anyone, either. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes (at least I got one of the pairs) from a well made US based website, out of Delray Beach FL (or so I thought) right through FB. Nope! Turns out this dude running it is from CHINA, has SEVERAL ripoff reports, which I didnt know about until I got the phone number on the shipping label and plugged it into google today. Post after post after post and on and on and on are online about how this guy has scammed each and every one of them and not one single person has gotten a single response.
