Hi Jean -Thanks for your interest in Gwynnie Bee. We're a woman's clothing rental company, specializing in sizes 10-32. It's pretty simple, you select a plan, for a example our 3 at a time plan. You would browse through our inventory & place garments to like in your virtual closet. Once your closet has a minimum of 8 garments, our system randomly selects 3 from your closet & ships it to you. You can wear the garments & then exchange them for replacements as many times per month as you like. Shipping is free both ways & you return them as is (no laundering necessary- we'll take care of it). If you really love an item, you have the option to buy it at a reduced member's price.
