I just saw an ad on tv about your company/service and was excited about the concept and service. However, after reading the reviews I am having second thoughts. Not sure about your customer service.

Sounds like many have had charges they were not expecting on their credit cards. That sounds like a nightmare. Your ads are great, hiring Georgina Burke was a smart move, but now reading these reviews, I am discouraged. Sadly, the concept seems ideal. My greatest fear in signing up? I need confidence you have edgy sexy classy clothes. Most of what I see without signing up is flowers, big prints and dresses. I have no need for office appropriate clothes. I need leather, studs, zippers, unique accents, some retro inspired cool pieces that are editorially interesting. I'm struggling with the taste level of the wardrobe options. Maybe consider adding edgy designers to the mix. Still interested... just not sold yet.
