couchoutlet.com is the one everyone is complaining about. This site is a SCAM!

There are only two official Coach websites... coachoutlet.com & coach.com. Both are in the U.S. And both have legit addresses and phone numbers. Anything else is a fake site. And, the Coach Oulet site only has sales once or twice a month... by invitation only!

Is coach-outlet.com the same as www.coachbagsoutlet.com?

With all of those negative reviews about the site selling fake bags it must be that this website has multiple other fakes sites as well.

I need to cancel my order but I don't see a number anywhere. Does anyone know how I can contact these people? They arent answering my emails... Thanks

This website is up and running. I was just on it. I always check reviews on stores that im not sure about and im so glad i did. Thanks all:-)

Has anyone gotten their money back from this company? Also, can you complain to the Better Business Bureau? I made a purchase and I am determined to get my money back.

I too have a question! So i've heard that Coach-outletusa.com the is a fake site, seen lots of reviews ending in a sad note of wasted money. Is Coach--outletusa.com the same? It has 2 dashes in the url. The site looks legit but so far i haven't seen any review for it. The Coach-outletusa.com definitely looks fake tho. I had my doubts but wanted to get a second opinion :) so many knock off sellers out there, its unbelievable! Poor us :(

@angel c- I spoke with Coach after getting scammed and they told me that they don't have any online outlet stores. So... yeah, it's a fake site! Hope you didn't buy anything from them. I checked it out and saw a chat pop up that said "Welcome! Serive Offline, pls leave your message here, we will reply you at first time!" Check out the bad grammer... RED FLAG! Good luck!
