I was worried about ordering from an overseas company but I'm glad I did. My wedding dress arrived today - way ahead of their estimated timescale. Tracked delivery and signed for. The dress itself is fantastic quality. Really well made. Lovely material. The only thing I'd say is the swatches shown online don't exactly match what I thought but that could be me! The size is exactly what I ordered. I didn't go made to measure so order your size as close to your actual size and you'll get it right. So happy with it.
I followed their instructions to return my purchase and have proof of delivery from the shipping company and they are claiming they can't find it, that UPS is lying and they haven't received it and won't refund my money. I've shown them proof and in return they send me photos of their parking lot with mountains of packages! I do not believe they've even gone through those mountains to be able to know whether or not mine is there. They keep asking me about shipping insurance to pawn the responsibility off on the shipping company. The shipping company delivered the dress and it is Cocomelodys responsibility to refund my money at this point. I bet they do try to pull this with everyone to get out of refunding people! Buyers beware!

I ordered my wedding dress from them. It was perfect, except for being 6 inches too long. That was a big issue that took some tailoring to resolve, but even considering the extra tailoring, the dress was beautiful and well made, and much less expensive than comparable dresses from American or European companies.
I also ordered two bridesmaid dresses from them, and they were also beautifully made and very good quality. The speed of service was also really good.

At first i was so nervous about ordering online for my wedding dress, but i recently received my dress oh my goodness it was more perfect then i could have ever imagine. Would highly recommend Cocomelody to anyone wishing to order from them.

Cocomelody really makes me have a good shopping time! Their customer service staffs are very prefessional and friendly. They answered a lot of questions of mine and guided me to finish the order. But most importantly, the gowns were of superior quality and workmanship. Intricate embellishments were lined and sewn beautifully and none of them was missing. I will DEFINITELY order my dress from Cocomelody and I recommend you do the same!

I was originally looking to spend only a few hundred on my dress, seeing as I will only be wearing it for one day, but I saw the Catalina CW2513 dress and just fell in love. I couldn't stop thinking about it. I just so happen to be looking at it around their Black Friday sale and the got dress for around $850 less than usual, so how could I not go for it? The dress arrived (in Ontario, Canada) much earlier than expected (if I remember, it was around 2 weeks early) and it was just perfect. Beautiful detail, made well, and I am so happy I went for it. Truly could not be happier with it. It was definitely a little scary buying it without seeing it in person or getting to try it on (no salon's out here carry it), but I read reviews and saw mid-size women like me in their dresses online and 100% do not regret it.
Tip for consumers:
If you can, try to purchase around major retail holidays. I purchased around Black Friday and got $844.43 off the cost of my dress.

Crooked back seam, by 2 inches, very noticable because of the beading.
Bulge in the backside of the fitted dress.
Arm seams tight around the outside, loose in the back between the shoulder blades, looked floppy and sloppy.
Around the ribcage, there is an elastic band to pull the dress close to your body and accentuate the bust line... it was 5 inches too big.
Side seam on hip bulged out on the right side, woudn't lay flat without being altered. The fabric had so many layers around the midsection and hips was so thick, it feels like a diaper is wrapped around my hips and waist.
RIP on the inside of the dress.
Cost me $500 to alter, and even though I didn't ASK for anything from Cocomelody in return, all I got when I notified them was excuses about "slight alterations" being needed even with the custom sizing.
Oh yeah, this is AFTER paying for custom sizing.
To top it all off, they REMOVED my review from their website.

I needed a very last minute bridesmaid dress (as the original option didn't work out with another company... I now look at it as a blessing now, as I've discovered CocoMelody)
I was recommended CocoMelody by somebody who had ordered through them quite a few times and most recently her wedding dress. They have a huge selection, colours and realistic sizing. But best of all was the price, their dresses are such good value, very impressive.
I was quite nervous and getting stressed, but the customer service was so patient, friendly and incredibly helpful. They answered all my questions promptly, were so professional and so nice! Something I don't come across often to be honest, their friendly and obliging customer service was next level amazing. They have also sent me follow up emails, making sure the dress has arrived ect.
It arrived earlier than I had expected.
It's a beautiful dress, brilliant quality, exactly like the picture, the exact colour, correct measurements and I still can't believe how well priced it was.
I will be definitely be using CocoMelody in the future and recommending it to my friends. I really want to spread the word about this reliable company!

I went in store to try on dresses, my stylist was extremely friendly and helpful. I found my dream dress and when I went up to the front they measured me for a size to order. I'd tried on many wedding dresses prior to this and always fit in a 4, but he said according to their measurements I was between a 4 and 6. Going against my instinct, I ordered the 6 because I trusted them and they told me I would need minor alterations with the 6. So I bought the dress in store, and waited for it in the mail. I was so excited and happy, just to be completely disappointed when I tried it on. The quality is poorly made, very stiff and oddly shaped in the bust area, not to mention way too big! So I reached out to customer service and they insisted that I get alterations, if not I could return but there would be a 30% restocking fee. I told them I was never away of this policy and she said it's on your receipt and online. Well first, I didn't order the dress online so how would I have seen that? And I looked on my receipt and there's nothing on there that says a 30% restocking fee. I feel like they lied to me about what size I should have ordered, just so they could get more money for alterations. And they should tell customers up front about this policy, because it's a huge financial commitment! I have been going back and forth with them and at this point I am going to make a small courts claim against them because this is so unprofessional on their side! If you have such a "strict policy" on returns then they should make all their customers who buy in store AWARE OF THIS. And it doesn't even say it on the receipt!

Purchased a bridesmaid dress online, and the return process has been a NIGHTMARE. I returned because the quality is very poor, and seems really cheaply made. I have never had such a difficult time trying to return anything ever in my life! Customer service is difficult to deal with - it's almost as if they want to make the return process as difficult as can be so you give up and just keep a dress you will never wear! After emailing back and forth for nearly a week, I was finally given instructions on how to proceed with my return. Throughout the email exchange, customer service (who spoke very broken English) kept telling me to take it to alterations and pay money to alter it so I would like it and keep it. I'm sorry, what?! She also kept telling me to use a mailing service which is more expensive than the others, and to buy insurance for my return. She also wrote multiple times that the mail carriers often lose packages and not to be surprised if my return gets lost. Again, almost making it seem like a pain to return it and that they likely wouldn't get it? I've never experienced this in my life! I did end up returning via USPS, did not buy insurance, have tracked it at every step of the way, and communicated the status of the package delivery to this customer service rep and asked for confirmation on her end when it actually arrived. I received confirmation of its arrival, but still waiting for my refund...
With all this said, I would NOT recommend to anyone ever to buy online from them.

Know that if you buy from them, you will not get a full refund. They state it will only be a partial refund, but I am still waiting even for that....

I learned about Cocomelody when I started looking for online wedding dresses that were adorable in the summer of 2018. I followed their Instagram and Facebook page/group where I was able to see real reviews and photos of other brides about their dresses. I fell in love with the Linda dress (LD5780) and bought it during their Black Friday sale. I did custom measurements, sent those in and Coco did an amazing job of having me double and triple check to make sure my measurements were correct. They even had me send photos of myself and the tape measure for verification before starting on my dress. I was also able to change the lining to a dark champagne instead of keeping it either nude or white like they have offered.
It was supposed to take 60 days (not including shipping) and it actually came in about 2 weeks earlier. The shipping took about 3 days from then the shipping label was created to when it was at my door. The dress came in a black Cocomelody box and looked very professional. Everything was amazing quality and fit me perfectly! I'll attach photos to show how perfect my dress is and how it is the most amazing quality! People think I paid over 3K for my dress and are amazed when I tell them I only spent $460!
I will forever be thankful for the amazing ladies at Coco and for making sure my dress was perfect! I can't wait to wear it on my big day in October!

TL; DR: Cocomelody fat-shamed my bridesmaid, and when I emailed the supervisors I never received a response. Refund was received.
So my bridesmaid ordered her dress online through Cocomelody (image 1). She then received an email from a Lacey at around 1am MST (image 2). My bridesmaid was understandably hurt. I then emailed this Lacey, calling her out on her behavior, which I never received a response for (image 3). My mother got involved, and called the number attached to their website. It put us in touch with an Abigail, who runs a boutique location in LA, I believe. She explained that it was outside her job to do anything directly because her store provides local dresses and doesn't deal with online orders, so she asked us to forward Lacey's email so she could put it in touch with the right people (image 4). She did, and I emailed this to the 'higher ups' (image 5) and never received a response.
Meanwhile, my bridesmaid emails Lacey back and asks for a refund (bottom of image 6, Lacey's response is at the top of same image) which has been received.
I still hadn't heard a response from the higher ups nearly 48 hours later, so I sent them a final email (image 7).
This was on July 1,2022. As of today (August 3rd) I have not received any response from the supervisors.
As an aside: when speaking with cocomelody, they used the location of the online orders (China) as an excuse, citing the use of Google translate for the reason that the first email came across so badly. I quickly explained that wasn't the issue (nor would I take it as an explanation) given that Lacey should never have taken it upon herself to 'correct' my bridesmaid's order in the first place. I don't have any screenshots of this, as it was a phone call, but it only furthered my dislike for the company. Make of it what you will.
