Order #E05762434. I sent 3 emails but didn't get the shipped email, & called the number in the confirmation but immediately disconnects. Please help!

Same here. Never received shipping notice with tracking info. After 5 attempts, spoke with a rep. No resolution!

As of today I have yet to receive my order that came from China. Tracking says delivered to address but that is totally untrue. Please advise.
