Complaintsboard.com will absolutely not remove any comments or reviews, even if the original poster demands them. You can see this from the screencap below where my friend has been asking them for 3 years to remove a negative complaint.

Complaintsboard.com appears to be created and owned by a Mark Schultz (who remains anonymous) and who falsify his legal location to "Latvia" and "France" where his website would be completely illegal since European privacy and defamation laws never allow content like this, especially without providing content users any editing power to change or delete their content.

On some research tracing the IP etc he is certainly located in the USA. He has nothing to do with Latvia. He's just hiding and concealing his location.

I don't believe there is a way, unless you pay their extortion fee. Its all a shake down. Im sure many of the positive reviews here are from their shady team. Its all a big scam, It will continue until the laws supporting these types of sites are changed to require authentication of the complaints...

Not possible. The site is runnig by scammer who make bad revies and ask money for removing. Scammer is from Litvania. The sites as this are good when used in honest way but there are many who use site to destroy your business. They can go on 10s of this sites and make bad review and clients who check you online will not make a business with you. So more and more is used from scammers who destroy your site.

Anybody can come, put a bad review from your site and the client who check your website od business, will see that you have like a 10 bad reviews and will not deal with you. Criminal.
If you have someone who gave you bad review for your site, you can not do anything as to pay, as if you go over lawyer and make something but is very hard, they will make on other sites bad review for your site. So only way is to delete such sites from internet.
