The short answer is customer service. Granted, Corvette Mods prices are great. But, be aware, if there are problems, what really makes a company great is their ability to fix problems. My experience as you see with many others was very poor, and to the point of fraudulent when they knew they received an item back for refund, then was not going to refund my money.

Just look at their ratings and responses on eBay, your question will be answered.

I'm going through a mess with Corvette Mods right now. I ordered $2000. 00 worth of wheels. First the shipment showed up 1 wheel short. The wheel arrived two days later. Then when I was changing the wheels over on my Corvette, the last wheel to be mounted, had a dent in the rim very clearly it was dented before it was chromed. I was requested to send pictures and fill out a RMA form which I did. The email I received back was that they were going to review the information and would get back to me in 72 business hours. At 8 hrs a day, that's 9 days just to get back to me.If those of you think I'm just a bad customer, you see how it feels to wait 9 days for instructions on what to do next. I also think it was mentioned that I pay frt. Charges to send the wheel back. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG! I can see this is going to to be a long process. If it's not I will gladly repost here to let everyone know how things turn out. If not I'll vent my feelings at Corvette's at Carlisle in August.

The others don't have better service. I have had issues in the past with the larger companies and they were not quick to resolve like corvette mods

If you state other sites have better prices then why didn't you order from them? I have 3 corvettes and corvette mods is my first stop

It's because they don't ship orders, and don't give refunds.

CorvetteMods is running a scam. Don't fall for their low prices, you won't get a useful product. They sell the reject and blemished products honest retailers refuse to sell. You'll get second rate products and third rate service from a fourth rate shyster.

No, it is their customer service. I called to inquire about the order confirmation they had sent me. Customer service was rude and short and told me I would have to wait 24-48 hours for them to return a call to me to answer a simple shipping question. WHY? 1 to 2 days waiting to answer a shipment question? Then, when I tried to cancel, they still shipped it the day AFTER I cancelled! Now I have to return the order and pay return shipping costs?
If you've not had bad luck with them yet, just wait.

I've ordered from them several times now, and they are my first go to for my Corvette parts. Haven't needed customer service. I've read many reviews from many companies, and have found that many, many, many, customers do not properly read descriptions, then complain when the product isn't what they wanted. Their products are NOT junk. And prices reasonable!

I figure most of the complaints are not really about bad service. Sounds more to me like bad CUSTOMERS that obviously do not want to read the policies before purchasing something online. This company has been great with every purchase I've made
