There is no phone number and the "live chat" is just a robot

I've been trying now for well over a month, and of course they state that you must return within 2 weeks to receive a refund. The refund, if you're lucky enough to get one will have a 20% restocking fee. No phone number and no return address. I would never buy from this company ever again
