No it does not mean that. You have to actually try and claim the coupon. Then you have to shop and spend over $100 and then when that is completed they put the money in your Coupon Cabin account but it has a waiting period before the funds are released.

No, it means that if you follow the rules with your order (provided you were 1 of the 8 that got it by clicking the link when it went live), then it's up to the company you're ordering from on how long it will take to get it. If you have your PayPal account listed, and your payment threshold set, they will send it in usually 1-3+ months
