I received this message today when i signed in: "this account has violated our site policies and, as a result, is no longer active. this is most often due to the access, creation or use of multiple couponcabin accounts which is against our terms and conditions." i'm not sure what the problem is. i don't have another account and i'm not trying to defraud anyone. i do use the computers at the public library, so i was thinking that could have caused an issue. i did try to create an account with another e-mail, but after i entered it, i saw the terms about not using the incognito browser and having an empty cart; so i started over with this e-mail.

Answer:

They are a scam! They closed my account down because I had 16 claims open and no one wanted to help me. I have emailed Sam J and he emailed me back with generic responses and would never answer the question. They said they shut my account down because I used violent language and I didn't! They just don't want to pay my claims! I had clicks that weremy even paid and they still havemy paid me for those... over $3000 in transactions! Stay away and go to ebates!

Is the $100 cash back coupon really real? i got one today for jc penny.

Answer:

I purchased 75$ from jcpenny after i won offer and eas directed to jcpenney made my purchase according to rules and did not get check back. Also if you question any of their practices they deactivate you. Horrible customer service

If i just received an email stating $100 back on $100 spent, does that mean i automatically put in my pay pail account, then proceed to shop on line

Answer:

No it does not mean that. You have to actually try and claim the coupon. Then you have to shop and spend over $100 and then when that is completed they put the money in your Coupon Cabin account but it has a waiting period before the funds are released.

Absolutely! Just follow the directions for each offer, and after your item is delivered to your door, your cash back is credited to your CouponCabin account. You set the amount that it pays out at... then they will send you a check or put in your PayPal!
