Why I call and call (15 times in 3 days) and your service hangs up on me. Please call me at 651-407-9945. What a lousy business profile. Lee
Can't get through by phone. Recording says call volume is the problem. When is the best time to call?

Glad you like it, mine turned out to be junk. Didn't pull in any VHF-Hi. Also very poorly made. Sent it back for refund.
