When I called customer service to ask for help picking out bands to match my engagement ring purchased at AD, I told them my idea of what I wanted which wasn't the suggested bands for my ring. The Rep put me on hold, she went to the showroom and placed the bands on her finger with my style ring and came back saying WOW it looked amazing and matched up very well with the ring. When both customer service and product match in quality it says a lot about Agape Diamonds. Highly recommend them if you are seeking both for that special someone! AD made me feel like a special someone, that's for sure!

I chose expedited shipping, not thinking about the time it would take to manufacture the ring, and inquired about delivery 3 days later. The customer service agent was quick to respond and so helpful! Overall very pleased with this entire process!!

I am overall very happy with Agape. However, the tennis bracelet I purchased earlier had a loose clasp on it. Rather than send it back I took it to a local jeweler who fixed the clasp. The second item a diamond pendant is so far so good! TiI will continue to purchase from you as needs arise! Easy process. Quality stones.

Everything was awesome from purchasing, the gift, and speaking with customer service. Just seems that the ring should've been covered under the warranty and everything should've been free since it all happened within 30 days of receiving the ring.
Stellar customer service, very quick to respond, it’s just some things seemed like they should be covered under warranty.

Experience was good. Satisfied with cut, clarity, and changed the carat of my ring after my purchase and the agent was able to change the carat and change the payment the same day without any delays.
Had to return my 1st purchase. Received my 2nd purchase earlier than expected and the clarity of the diamond was explained thoroughly by customer employee.

I think the ring is beautiful but your company sent the wrong size. It should have been size 7 instead of size 4. I am waiting for a return label to return the ring. I don't have access to a computer and don't have a computer to send and receive orders. This is becoming a little frustrating. Please, send me the return label so I can return it for the right size.
