What penalty is involved for a blogger who has been placed on a "global blacklist" ?

Answer:

Disqus cannot survive if they censor rational political views. This platform is not worth worrying about their "blacklists". Youtube, Facebook, and most news outlets don't use Disqus anyway (thankfully)

Answer:

News View is "owned" by extremely left leaning people. They make no bones about what their channel is all about. It's a left leaning echo chamber. If you want to "discuss" YOUR POV on Disqus channels, there are many right leaning echo chambers, err, "channels" on the home site that you would be more than welcome to comment on.
