on 6/12/19They first send you to a robot and then an outsourced person in India I believe. There is no communication between drivers and the customer service so it's unhepful
Not easy at all horrible customer service and response
Lol they have customer service? Could have fooled me
Impossible. Everything is automated boilerplate responses. Don't waste your time.
Over phone yes, but they really don't do much other than answering the phone and apologizing that the Dasher didn't do there job.its a joke
It is pretty easy. At the bottom of their web site page is a help button.
I worked for Doordash for about 8 months and rarely had an issue with getting a hold of support until about the last two months (July and August 2022) when for about two weeks I couldn't get anyone except replied to my chat messages after exiting the screen. Then I would see it flash across the top of my phone a message saying "are we still connected?". Even got one message when trying to report an issue with a pickup that was telling me they was sorry to hear I had a vehicle accident. I hadn't had a wreck or reported one.
Until your order delivery expires there is no customer service unless you report a "Safety Issue." Selecting your order and tapping "Help" when order is late gives you a message that DD is busy but working to complete your order. You have to Google for a customer service number and then expect to wait a very long time.
Very difficult to speak with anyone in that company. All useless!
Once you connect with a rep, they often leave you waiting on hold to "check their resources," only to come back an hour later empty handed. There is no resolution to any discrepancy.
Customer service is ineffective. They hung up on me when I asked them to refund my order that was never delivered.
Easy enough, but don't expect your request to be resolved in any way.
It is very easy. All you have to do is get your order, look to see if you have everything and if you don't then you can respond to the rating about your order while on their site.
Doordash does not have a number you can call and at this time they do not respond to emails.
Horrible customer service. They need to be shut down..
Difficult. The app doesn't have a direct link to customer service.
You can reach out right from the app! You can contact the driver easily via text! Customer service works hard to right every wrong. They put their money where their mouth is!
Yes there are other services similar to Doordash. Grub Hub and Uber Eats that I know of.
They make you open a case via email, which is ridiculous. No live numbers to call, but you can try this one: 844-285-0248
They called right away and told me they couldn't do anything else
Had a hard time finding a phone number to DoorDash. Everything was email. The links you see on you order is to message or call the driver not DoorDash.
After we found number to customer service we called. We were put on hold for a few minutes before a real person answered. Persons English was fair and she was friendly. We explained our problem to her and sent pics to email address she texted us. About 10 minutes later she called back and gave us a refund which was back on credit card within minutes.
Couldn't get anything other than a generic response so I'm assuming responses were automated.
It was quick through email but customer service was poor, I wasn't offered a fair credit for late delivery, soggy food and missing food.
I waited on hold for over 15 minutes and was hung up on. Tried again and the wait time was over 30 minutes.
It's not. The whole company is probably one guy in his boxers, on the couch binging netflix and enjoying delivery from grubhub
Incredibly difficult. It took my Credit Card Company to reach a person!
