They're legit but should be shut down! I'm surprised the BBB hasn't done anything

Some people probably get their food, but I see too many reviews saying no food and no refund to believe this is a scam.

Legit company with terrible customer service. Really poorly ran and executed. I have used other services, never have theproblems I have had with door dash

DoorDash is a fraudulent service. It is an absolute scam.

They are a legitimate business, but they operate like a scam, and they SUUUUCKKKK!

Scam! They are "legit" except when it comes to order accuracy, decent delivery staff, food allergy concerns when orders are wrong, customer service sucks, they don't do refunds well they will overcharge, they also screw up orders constantly with no one to take responsibility.

Door Dash -Like Grub Hub Uber Eats, Tick Tack Doe and all the other middle man food/order processing services need to go out of business. The fees are ridiculous. In some cases more that the actual food items.

They gave a false reason for canceling my order. I think they couldn't find a driver who would accept my 12% tip. You'd better give them 15% like it defaults to regularly, or you will get screwed like me

They're definitely a legit scam company. They'll rip you off until you realize what they did, then they'll apologize up and down and try to make things better.

Define "scam". Do they offer a service that sometimes performs as expected? Yes. But will they steal your money at some point? Absolutely.

Technically legitimate, but shady as heck. They sign up restaurants without asking, and it ends up ruining reviews and expectations as orders go through DoorDash.

Their customer support is a hassle too

DO NOT USE DOORDASH EVER! Scam or not they are totally unprofessional, dishonest, ZERO customer service, and you will NOT get your food nor a refund. Stay away!

Doordash is complete scam they bring your food late cold if they even bring it at all and then when there are problems they don't stand behind what they do and try to offer you next to nothing back for compensation. I have ordered four times in the last 24 hours and they canceled two of those orders brought me the wrong order once and the first time they brought me cold food almost an hour after it was supposed to be delivered missing most of the ingredients and refused to compensate us. This isn't the first set of problems I've had with them either I have been a doordash past customer for over a year and three out of four orders there's something wrong with if they come at all and now they refuse to refund my money unless they escalate the case because they think I'm stealing. So if you want to be treated like a thief have your money stolen while they steal from you.treat you terribly. Hang up on you and refuse to give you your money back then go ahead and order. I assure you this is the most dishonest company I've ever dealt with. Also it's good to note that I read another review that someone's account was credit card was hacked after they used doordash.

I enjoy not having to cook after working all day, but if your husband isn't going to receive his food after working all day, what's the point?
