In answer to your question they charge $ 19 95, and in most cases your payment, which is drafted immediately from your account, takes a minimum of 15 days to post to your account your paying. That is if in fact they actually receive your payment and don't mail it to a different entity. PLEASE, DO NOT USE EVER!

The second, asked about payment fees. Currently ACH (authorization to debit directly from the customer's checking or savings account) is our most affordable way to pay a bill.
