on 11/7/17Doxo doesn't care about this. I contacted them about my business receiving checks for people we never met/took care of. They said we have no right over our business listing and that it is our responsibility to verify that every payment from them is from a legitimate source. Your payment probably was sent someone else.
Based on their attitude, I would caution against using this service.
