After reading the online reviews I am concerned about my order. Only part of it was shipped and I'm curious when the rest of my order will be shipped

They have generally replied within 24 hours but just a generic response that doesn't really answer your question. I have now threatened to report them to the watchdog program so waiting to see if I get a different response.

It has been 5 days since I submitted the ticket, no answer at all. I after I placed my order, I received a confirmation, but the email was sent from Zaful.com instead of Dresslily... so, guys be aware!
