on 10/29/15They have generally replied within 24 hours but just a generic response that doesn't really answer your question. I have now threatened to report them to the watchdog program so waiting to see if I get a different response.
It has been 5 days since I submitted the ticket, no answer at all. I after I placed my order, I received a confirmation, but the email was sent from Zaful.com instead of Dresslily... so, guys be aware!
