Gina,
I can be frustrating. It really depends on the shipping company that gets used. Sometimes my order was here with in two weeks, and I have had an order take up to 2 months which totally sucks. All I can say is just try to be patient and make SURE you use the shipping insurance every time since it is an oversees shipment. I would send them an email to double check your shipment. I have done it just for reassurances.
