They're going to tell you to wait until the end of october, and THEN "discuss compensation" for the hassle they put you through. I read dresslily's response to another post, where the customer said they ordered 6 months ago, and dresslily said they wouldn't refund to a card, because it's "an after-sale issue" so good luck getting resolution. I'm in the same boat as you.
