Janet B must work for Dresslily. I had to file a claim with the credit card company to finally get a response. They ask for your address 3 or 4 times, then they offer you an 8" discount on your NEXT order. The company is a SHAM, and does not operate like a credible company. Don't be deceived by Janet B. The customer service is made up of people who can barely understand and communicate in English, and they could care less about you.

I have never received any of my orders, after 3 times from different sites I figured it out, THEY ARE FAKE. All they want is your money. Seriously, they few reviews that praise these companies are part of the scam. Please don't fall for them

Tried to buy a jacket for my sister. Took forever for her to receive it. They actually had to send it twice, and the product wasn't worth the time and aggravation spent in getting it to her. I'd avoid DressLily like seeing a rat eat french fries at a McDonald's dumpster.
Janet B. You say they are shipping from far away. In the time since I placed my order I could have walked to California and taken a slow boat to China and picked the order up myself.!
Do not order anything from this company, its made in china, buy something made in usa and spent a little more. It will be worth it. Good luck!
I wouldn't take the chance it might come on time but it might not, then you end up having to buy someplace else, i still haven't heard back on how to return my stuff which out of 7 items one was right and accurate to picture i saw online don't waste your money
Me too. My credit card company refunded. Dresslily said they would refund but they never did. Pity somebody can't close this organisation down.
Maybe this is why they have models that look like they are 14 and 15 years old...
Go to customer service to ask for a cancellation, if they don't respond or they tell you that is not possible to cancel, go to your bank and cancel the transaction. Your money will be back in your account and they will need to refund it. If you receive something in the mail, just refuse it by writing in the package with a big marker "send back" and toss it into the mail box.
I suggest contacting your credit card co since there is no way to cancel and this company is a fraud.
You will get a few items but not all, I didn't get about 3 or 4 outfits all together.

I am using PayPal to fight for my refund. They offered me a 20% refund just to shut me up. Or I can spend $60 to ship everything back to China, and even then I'm not sure I"ll get my $150 back. DO NOT order from this company. I ordered 15 items and cannot wear 1 of them. None fit even though I followed the sizing chart and one was ripped. The material is so cheap you can see through it. None of the items look anything like the photos.
Try writing to them and ask if it has been sent yet and if it has ask them if they could trace it for you. I have got a bit of stuff of them and it always arrives usually around 10 to 15 days later in New Zealand. I'm sure they will answer your questions as I have written a few times and always get a response.
If you go to "file a formal complaint" they will refund your money. I've always found them extremely helpful, prompt in their responses and even applied tons of "D point" when I complained that my outfit took too long to receive, which I did ultimately end up getting. Yes, the shipping takes awhile, but you take the good with the bad. I LOVE the clothes and the shipping is free so I just deal with the fact that sometimes the shipping takes awhile. It is coming from FAR away, afterall

They won't ship it but they say they already have. Dispute the charges with your credit card company/bank/credit union/PayPal.
Has the purchase went through on your credit card yet? If not, you can refuse the charge from your credit card company.
