Since this company is in CHINA I think it can take up to 6 weeks for some items. Hopefully you get what you ordered, I did not and put a dispute in with PayPal. Company offered 50% refund, and after trying to deal with them for 2 months I took the refund and won't shop there again. PS sidenote, I believe Sammydress is the same company as I had issues with their customer service. Note to self: don't shop with China based companies, the sizes are off, size Large fits a 12 year old girl.
Cancel and contact Credit Card or PayPal or whichever method you used to pay and get a refund. This company is the pits, sorry PITS! I got a partial refund thru PayPal but, for sure, I was going to get absolutely nothing from Dresslilly. Nothing but canned responses and empty promises of replying with 24 hours. Mmmmm I don't think so. Investigation is needed into these crooks but, I guess, they then just use another trading name. SCAM

Coincidence maybe but I'm not the only one to have had card cloned from other posts I've read about Dresslilly.
If you ordered from DressLily then be prepared to be disappointed. I ordered 2 coats from them. They did come promptly but were of the poorest quality I have EVER seen. PLUS they pretty much ignored my requests to return them. After 2 weeks of trying to return the coats, I contacted my credit card company. They got in touch with DressLily's bank and I was gladly refunded my money. DressLily did not dispute the return at that point b/c they had no choice. DO NOT ORDER FROM DRESSLILY. They have very very poor quality items and cannot be bothered with returns. Contact your credit card company or debit card bank and they will get your refund. Don't let DressLily get away with this because it seems to be a habit with them.
Well considering I ordered something on 12/9 and never received it I canceled my order. They are a joke of a company and ship form China. They never have anything in stock and always have cookie cutter responses to things. If you haven't received it just cancel and cut your losses. They have about 6 other sites that are the same company... so order with caution.
They seem like a good deal, but are honestly a joke!
Good luck. Its coming from China so it will be about 6 weeks on a ship from China to the U.S. then maybe another month or 2 if your lucky. No way to track items from this company. They are a scam and you'll be lucky if you get the watch. Pass the word on... DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Friends have told me that it took over a month to receive their orders. I have not received my order and I placed it on Nov. 24. My sons girlfriend paid for express shipping and was supposed to receive her order sooner, it still took over a month. When she received her order, she said it was very poor quality.
I had 2 orders and received 1 item out of 3 within 2 weeks, 2 weeks later another item, and finally the last item Monday so over a month for the last item. I have had a horrible experience, sizing was way off, I will just give the items away and I will never order from this site again.
I can tell you from my experience that my 2 garments took a very long time. I even paid extra for faster shipping. The company is impossible to get ahold of. They sent me a bogus email from customer service. The link didn't work and I couldn't reply to the email. I wrote it off. A lesson learned. I will not shop on a website before I thoroughly check it out. The items were so cheaply made I basically had to toss them. I hope you get your watch!
The company claimed my item was shipped on October 24!... still not received... that says it all... do not order from this company... they sent an answer to me about a refund. They said they would send email with info on how to get to a refund… Now not only am I waiting for my package but I'm waiting for my email to get a refund…
I never got my order. "Sorry, we don't have tracking or your item, but it was sent... can you check your post office please" was the kind of answers I got. I went around and around with them for 4 months. Finally PayPal gave me my refund. Not DressLily. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. IT'S A SHAM
It will definitely take over a month to get to you. I'm really not sure why this company hasn't been investigated yet. There are a lot of complaints about this company. I hope your experience is not like a lot of us here however, if you do it's ridiculously difficult in getting a resolution from them.
I cancelled my order after I received an email asking I send a copy of my identification and credit card. Big red flag. Cancelling was not easy and unfortunately I red the reviews - none good - after the fact. I see them advertising everywhere and have posted warning on Facebook and contacted Facebook directly. Waiting for my refund. If not in full I will have my bank contact them.
The time frame they give you is for shipping, which doesn't include the processing time in whatever warehouses they use so add another 10-20 days to the delivery time to get a real guesstimate. The quality here isn't that great so I hope you didn't pay like expidited shipping like I did on one of the items I got. For the prices, the bad quality is expected, but you can blow up to $30 on expidited shipping for something that doesn't deserve it.
It took about a month to receive my package. Don't hold your breath. It seems like some have never received their packages and others like me were so disappointed with the products and customer service.(No way to return my items for a refund). They should not be allowed to do business in the US.
I am sorry I didn't respond sooner. I am kicking myself for not looking at the reviews. This company or whatever they are is just terrible. I ordered 3 things before Thanksgiving. The first item I received didn't fit and it wasn't what I had imagined. So I simply just wanted to return it. I am still trying to do that. They are now asking me for pictures of the package! What! I am so upset. I normally don't even shop online for clothes. I am seriously of cutting my loses because I would have to probably return it to China and may cost more than the item. I will probably just take the item to a consignment shop and try to get something for it. I did tell them I would give them a bad review anytime I could. I did so at TripAdvisor and other sites.
I actually had a good experience with this Company. The typical time frame for delivery from most of these out of country online clothing companies is about 6 weeks or longer. I was fortunate with my order and received it in the time specified. Time starts when they ship it and not on the date you order. Best to you
Give it an extra week due to the holidays. I had one sweatshirt that showed up two weeks late due to holiday rush. Their products are shipped from multiple locations. Just contact them if you don't see it within a week. If there's still an issue after you contact them, then you can file a report. Chances are it'll show up.
I got my shirts pretty quickly but the return policy sucks and I have been trying to get an address to return and cannot get any cooperation for the company. I have heard many horror stories of people not receiving their merchandise not getting their money back and unable to contact the company it's in China I will never do business with them ever again
It about 1 month to it. Dress Lily did gave a tracking number once the item entered the US. I ordered another coat from a more reliable company (i hope) this one was on Ebay. They gave me month and a have to 2 months. Check to see if a tracking number is now provided by going under your order. Good luck I hope you get your product soon. I do have to say, i did receive the item i ordered. Just returning it for another size did not happen.

My stuff took about 22 days. After reading the reviews I am thankful I at least got something! The sizing is way off and very poor quality. No tags whatsoever. I initially thought it was overstocked merchandise that they buy out but I honestly think they take photos from other peoples sites and make look-a-likes in their sweatshops using the 10 year old kids that are sewing away as size models. I will never order from them or any of the similar sites. SammyDress; Rosegal; Zulilly; all same parent company. Good luck with the watch!

This is a horrible company. Their customer service on their website does not work so I have been unable to even pursue getting a refund for my items. When I placed my review on this site someone from Dresslilly responded and offered to work with me except that they left no information on how I could get in touch with them and since the customer service link on the company doesn't work there's no way that I can follow up. They just put that resonse there to make themselves look good knowing that there's no way for me to actually Communicate with them. They did a sponsored ad that just kept coming up when I was on my Facebook and that's how I got sucked into ordering from them but I will never order from them again and want to warn consumers to stay away from this company. Their quality is awful their sizes are not true to size they have zero customer service and no accountability. They are big rip off and need to be reported to the BBB.
I regret to inform you that this company is a scam. They operate under several different names and their merchandise is garbage. Their customer service is the worst and they operate out of Asia. Hence the long shipping delay. If you jump through all the hoops they toss you, they may or may not respond to you. However, since you're a detective, perhaps you can crack this case.

My order actually came fairly quickly but the items are of the lowest quality I've ever seen, they don't look anything like the photos shown of what I thought I was buying or fit even close to how they are shown to fit in the photos. I'm trying to return them but I've read awful things about their customer service and returning items.
You might want to. I placed an order on December 12 and I still have not received the order and it is just a blouse. The only thing they told me is that they are sorry and they will give me a $5 refund. Really? From what I heard the quality of the merchandise is horrible and it costs more than what the item is worth to return it. Do not order anything else from this company. There are a lot of complaints.
I ordered from DressLily, saw these posts and promptly contacted them to cancel the order. They did reply and assured me they would refund my money. It took about two weeks for them to email me back and refund my payment. Albeit it was only $171 rather than the $182.26 I paid online. They didn't give me the full amount but as far as them acting on my request they did. I just hope they would've given me the full amount. I think they used the US to CAD conversion rate and the amount was less but if you pay for something at $182.26 you should get back that exact amount.
