The site is not down... they don't want to take back your clothes. They may respond to you via this website and ask you to private message them, then they may tell you to return the products. When you box them up and go to the post office your head will spin with the amount it will cost you to return. Mine was more than double the cost of what I paid for the items. I'm sorry to tell you that like me, you have been bamboozled
