I ordered a blouse over a month ago and haven't received my order. I emailed the company about my order a week ago, no response. Is there another way to contact these people or do I have to take this issue to another level?

Contact credit card for refund they are scam artists.

Ordered 8/3 and still no package. Just keep getting a generic email telling me to give it more time. Going to go to bank and try to get my money back. Yhink that is my only option at this time. Hope you have better luck than I did

Yea. Unfortunately the only way you will get your money back is talk to the bank about this fraud so the bank will get your money back but you will have to cancel your card. Also takes a month for you to receive, that's how long I had to wait for get that poor merchandise.
