I ordered a simple blouse from them. It took over a month (actually six weeks) for them to get it to me. It was wadded up in an envelope about the size of a kindle or nook tablet. (I am a 2x.) When I opened it the odor of formaldehyde was overwhelming. Hung it outside until it aired out. Never could get all the wrinkles out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

It took 3.5 months to get my order, and when it arrived it was stuffed tightly into a round ball in a plastic bag. The wrinkles wouldn't even press out. I will not order from them again.

I've been ordering from Dresslily.com for a LONG time now. My entire closet is nothing but their products (or affiliate stores), I do not work for them (despite what some might say lol) I'm just a HUGE fan! That said, unless you py a bit extra and get expedited shipping, their shipping is delivered from their shop, en masse and from Hong Kong. If you receive an order within a month, you're doing GREAT! I found that it usually takes about 2 months. But, after 4-6 weeks, if you haven't received it, open a ticket and ask them about it. They answer you within 24 hours and usually give you a discount towards future purchases. They really are extremely accommodating. I look at it like this... you're getting really cute clothes at extremely good prices and FREE shipping. If it takes a bit to arrive, that's the down side. Then it's up to you to decide if it's worth it. For me, it's, cute clothes, super cheap prices, frees shipping, I'm willing to wait! But again, put in a ticket with them and they'll give you an answer and usualy a coupon code for future purchases.
I've been ordering from them for a LONG time. A few instances there was an issue that was handled immediately and I have nothing bad to say about them. I am willing to wait for my products (given it's FREE) a few times I needed an item for a particular event so I paid a little extra and got expedited shipping and received it within 10 days, so it's up to you. If you want free shipping, THAT is how you pay for it, by waiting. Despite what others say, they are NOT a scam, I love them. Just wait, patience, it will come. OR, next order, pay extra and expedite it and get it MUCH sooner.

This place scams people all the time, read some of the reviews and do a little research, read my review and you will get your answer. And hopefully your money back.

Go to your account, open a ticket and ask for more information about your package. I've been ordered from dresslily more times and I always got it but sometimes I was waiting weeks to arrive it to Europe.

I ordered in October and still have not received anything.

Try emailing them I read some bad reviews about them and was scared that i might not get it but I got mine a couple of days ago after almost a month after I think it takes longer since its comin from China or something I hope u get urs soon keep emailing them hope this helps

Yea girl everyone has that problem w them and when u finally get what u ordered it's a cheap piece of shit. U can't call them but u can start a chat online or file a claim.

It's coming. It's coming from China. Can take up to 8 weeks.

I don't know. They say the delivery could take a few weeks. I just know that I will never order from them again.
