I ordered from this company months ago and don't know how to contact them. I used the number posted but, when I called I was hung up on. What do I do?

They're a terrible company! I seriously wished I read reviews about them before I purchased anything. The item I ordered arrived late and damaged. To send it back would have cost me more than the item cost. They're absolutely the worst and I'm sorry you had to experience this. :(

They don't want you to contact them. I hope you didn't spend too much money and if you do receive your items they won't fit. I took the loss and made sure I made others aware of how they rip people off. So sorry this happened to you.

It is pointless to call DressLily and pointless to use their online "ticket" communication services. If you have, I'm sure you received responses that seemed like they were communicating but in reality all responses are either:
1) Form letter responses intended to delay your taking action
2) form letter responses intended for other people's issues of same nature
You have been scammed.
Go directly to Pay Pal OR better yet go to the credit card company you used OR if you used American Express DEFINITELY go to them.
DO NOT DEAL WITH DRESS LILY - They CANNOT REFUND YOUR MONEY - ONLY PAY PAL OR THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY.
HOW YO GET YOUR MONEY BACK
When you launch an investigation by reporting Dress Lily (or any company) to PayPal and/or credit card company, only DressLily (because they are the scum of the earth manipulators) will write you via the tickets and say that THEY can't refund your money or ship anything UNLESS you drop your investigation. This is an total lie. PayPal & the credit card companies collect/extract your money through a transaction and THEN monthly (could be bi-monthly) they send money to DressLily (or any company accepting their service). A company like DressLily never can refund your money only pay pal or your credit card company.
THE PHONE NUMBERS at Dress Lily
ARE WORTHLESS. Not only do they hang up but this is a company in China! They don't want to speak with you and if you actually get someone they do hang up AND if you speak Chinese - I'm told they really hang up quick.
So please Stephanie, don't waste your time seeking a nber. You ordered something and it didn't arrive. You've likely now learned this is very common. Go directly to trying to get a refund and by all means avoid anything to do with dress Lily.

After several emails to them and after an abundance of excuses from them, I still have not received anything. My initial order was August 9th and have still not seen one piece of clothing. Unfortunately they were summer dresses and so I could not possibly wear them now. They are a total scam, so my advise would be to stay away.

I submitted complaints by email through the website (I got the same results calling the phone number that I saw on Facebook) and after back and forth, they're starting to refund my money, and it's still taking a while. In my case, I think it was the threat of informing Marvel that DressLily is selling unlicensed merchandise on their characters. It's one thing having to deal an angry customer, it's a whole other ballgame when Disney's lawyers come calling.

Contact your bank to have the money put back into your account. Let them know the website is a fraud and they will refund your money. It's been months and I never got my items either.

I have been in contact with them, they wrote to me after i left negative feedback. If you paid with paypal you can start a case to retrieve the money. I started a case and it is still beeing reviewed by paypal. I ordered 2 shirts 18th Aug still haven't received anything. Check their website also, "contact us" best of luck you will need it. Regards. Same happened to me. :( I tried emails and calling when I didn't receive my order and all emails I got an automated response and never got threw over the phone. It's pointless. I still havnt revived my order and it's been 6 months! Safe to say I will never order from them again
