I ordered from this company months ago and don't know how to contact them. I used the number posted but, when I called I was hung up on. What do I do?

They're a terrible company! I seriously wished I read reviews about them before I purchased anything. The item I ordered arrived late and damaged. To send it back would have cost me more than the item cost. They're absolutely the worst and I'm sorry you had to experience this. :(

They don't want you to contact them. I hope you didn't spend too much money and if you do receive your items they won't fit. I took the loss and made sure I made others aware of how they rip people off. So sorry this happened to you.

It is pointless to call DressLily and pointless to use their online "ticket" communication services. If you have, I'm sure you received responses that seemed like they were communicating but in reality all responses are either:
1) Form letter responses intended to delay your taking action
2) form letter responses intended for other people's issues of same nature

You have been scammed.
Go directly to Pay Pal OR better yet go to the credit card company you used OR if you used American Express DEFINITELY go to them.
DO NOT DEAL WITH DRESS LILY - They CANNOT REFUND YOUR MONEY - ONLY PAY PAL OR THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

HOW YO GET YOUR MONEY BACK
When you launch an investigation by reporting Dress Lily (or any company) to PayPal and/or credit card company, only DressLily (because they are the scum of the earth manipulators) will write you via the tickets and say that THEY can't refund your money or ship anything UNLESS you drop your investigation. This is an total lie. PayPal & the credit card companies collect/extract your money through a transaction and THEN monthly (could be bi-monthly) they send money to DressLily (or any company accepting their service). A company like DressLily never can refund your money only pay pal or your credit card company.

THE PHONE NUMBERS at Dress Lily
ARE WORTHLESS. Not only do they hang up but this is a company in China! They don't want to speak with you and if you actually get someone they do hang up AND if you speak Chinese - I'm told they really hang up quick.

So please Stephanie, don't waste your time seeking a nber. You ordered something and it didn't arrive. You've likely now learned this is very common. Go directly to trying to get a refund and by all means avoid anything to do with dress Lily.

After several emails to them and after an abundance of excuses from them, I still have not received anything. My initial order was August 9th and have still not seen one piece of clothing. Unfortunately they were summer dresses and so I could not possibly wear them now. They are a total scam, so my advise would be to stay away.

I submitted complaints by email through the website (I got the same results calling the phone number that I saw on Facebook) and after back and forth, they're starting to refund my money, and it's still taking a while. In my case, I think it was the threat of informing Marvel that DressLily is selling unlicensed merchandise on their characters. It's one thing having to deal an angry customer, it's a whole other ballgame when Disney's lawyers come calling.

Contact your bank to have the money put back into your account. Let them know the website is a fraud and they will refund your money. It's been months and I never got my items either.

I have been in contact with them, they wrote to me after i left negative feedback. If you paid with paypal you can start a case to retrieve the money. I started a case and it is still beeing reviewed by paypal. I ordered 2 shirts 18th Aug still haven't received anything. Check their website also, "contact us" best of luck you will need it. Regards. Same happened to me. :( I tried emails and calling when I didn't receive my order and all emails I got an automated response and never got threw over the phone. It's pointless. I still havnt revived my order and it's been 6 months! Safe to say I will never order from them again

Just start the dispute process with your bank/credit card company/Paypal... however you paid for your order. They are scammers and will not provide you with the information you want even if you do get someone there to respond to your emails. Just start the dispute process with your bank/credit card company/PayPal to try and get your money back... These people are scamming you!

Go into there email and open a dispute iv found no problems getting an answer from them and always resolved it can take a few weeks for a parcel to be delivered, good luck

Stephanie, After I sent them a message an Facebook & write a comment a received my order it took 7 weeks to get here to US but what you see online & what they sent you is total different. And their size clothes is too small. Is a waste money time the worth website.

I also called. They speak terrible English as they are Chinese. Rosegal, Dresslilly, Sammydress- ALL the same company and maybe more that I haven't seen. Threaten them with the Better Business Bureau. They wrote me back 2-3 nice notes, said it was coming so far takes long time. Very unprofessional. It should eventually get here but I told them they r losing business fast! Good luck

I ordered my item at the end of March and still haven't received a thing. They said there was a shipping error. And that was all I ever heard. And that was only a response to the review I posted on this site.

I paid with PayPal, and they refunded my money because I tried to use their online contact info, was promised all kinds of things, but they never delivered. I did not have to return the item either.

They said they would refund my money. Then immediately asked me to take off my negative comment. I said I would do so when I recieved the refund. Two days later they said they had applied for a refund so would i take off the negative comment. I said I would do so after 10 - 25 days as they had not given me a refund date just as they said my item would be delivered. I also said that I would not check my bank account for the refund as they had not given me a date and the weather was bad just as they have said there is a delay in the delivery because of weather in the China Sea. They must have all the $#*! in the universe in that area for all the delays.
I have heard no more except when I check my account to see the refund I should let them know and they will... wait for it!... send me a gift!

They seem to have missed the point here.

I'm sorry that you are going through this. As another reviewer suggested, you need to contact your credit card company or Pay Pal if you used them. Paypal was able to refund my money. The company owns several of these fly by night junk companies that produce cheap merchandise. My suggestion to you and everyone else is to stay clear of any of the companies based in China. You will either not receive your items at all or get some "dog doo doo" unfit for your local garbage collection.

Get ahold of the credit card company you used and tell them you ordered from a company that refuses to send your items, and ask for a refund. Please tell your family and friends this company is a scam and never orser from them. Zulilly is also the same company but different name. Stay away from them both

Just walk away, totally a scam, after seeing my bad review on SiteJabber they contacted me for my order info and said they would issue a return which never came. Totally taking money and not delivering. Karma is a $#*!.

I contacted via e-mail, but they wanted to give me back my money as a store credit not refund. I paid through PayPal and contacted the company through the complaint procedures. I received a response the same day and they offered me a refund through PayPal.

I never could get hold of anyone, i placed an order on dresslily, where my order supposed to been shipped out on the 24th of aug, i still havent got my order, they wrote threw sitejabber and said it would take 45days, i hope to get my order, but i will never buy anything again, lately they havent had anything on my facebook lately, what i saw people write on this sitejabberther

They contacted me when I left a review on site jabber... they asked for order and ref numbers which I have provided... still no goods! It's a joke... they need closing down!
