I placed an order in January and still have not received it. How can I track it?

If you didn't pay the extra for tracking you can't. I didn't pay so I couldn't track it. It's been 45 days since I made an order and have cancelled it today because I still have not gotten it. They are refunding my money to my dresslilly wallet. Wich is crazy because I do not want to order anything else from them.
