Is there a direct contact to the company? I have been contacting them through their on line process and four request later. I have not been contacted regarding the two sweatshirts ordered. One was received in the wrong size and the second was received only after a request that the item was not shipped with the original order. The second item is poor quality at best. Thank you in advance for any help.

The best way to get their attention is to file a claim with your credit card company or PayPal, however you paid. That's the only way to get your refund from these jerks and also these... RoseGal, RoseWe, RomWe, Jolly Chic, Rotita, DressLily, Fashion Mia, Walk Trendy, Sammy Dress, Nasty Dress, DressWe, Zaful, CupShe, JustFab, Shein, She Insider, Eric Dress and more. It's a really long list.

I contacted them through facebook and finally got a response today. Still refusing to iffer refund though and trying to convince me my coat will be here in january!
