on 6/1/15There should be a number after your order number, it will be your tracking number and shipped China Post Am. Try in a couple days and try tracking it thru the email. If you have email on your phone, just hold down the tracking number and hit copy, it should take you to the website and click on box and hold til you see paste and then hit track. If you have gotten a email that your order has shipped, give it about 3 days and try tracking it again. If nothing then notify your bank or credit card and ask them to refund your money. Good luck. I know the clothing probably won't fit, mine was for a small child when i ordered a xl
It's a definite lost cause. No clue where this place is located but the way they do business is definitely foreign. All I ask for is a larger size. They want me to take a picture of the garment(s) with a measuring tape alongside the picture to prove it is 3 cm over or under their stated size:(

My order is taking two months. They sent two pieces but nt my third piece. Smh
A: Sharon it usually takes between 7 to ten days and then 2 to 3 weeks for international delivery. If it's been longer than that I would email costumer service. The package should have said when the package was shipped but your right, there is no tracking number so your not able to see where it's at which is a bummer.
Chalk it up to a lost cause. It took almost three weeks for them to ship my blouse. They finally sent me a tracking number that it shipped on April 1; however, I have not received the item. I requested a refund and they told me I had to wait until they knew it wasn't going to be received. Definitely a scam business! I reached out to them again last week and they told me that if I am eligible for a refund, it would be at least 2 months before I would see it.
