There is no provided number. You can send an email that they say they will respond to in 24 hours but that too is a joke. You never hear back. We need to be diligent about being sure that everyone hears about this company so that NO ONE ELSE will buy ANYTHING.

Good luck with that! They do customer service via e mail and if you eventually get a reply it is obvious they are limited in their English communication skills.
