Where is my order, # L1509041114108424? I HAVE a TRACKING NUMBERS, THAT THE US POST OFFICE TELLS ME IS NOT A VALID TRACKING NUMBER, THE tracking # is: BJ14415219066051. Am I going to have to have my credit card company go after you for fraud and reimbursement? I DO NOT want to have to do that BUT I placed the order because I wanted the items! I did not expect to be RIPPED OFF! I want answers. It has already been two months since I placed my order.

6-8 weeks and thats if you do get it at all. Don't bother with Dress Lily, they are an Asian based company and very difficult to do business with. Shop elsewhere.

If they don't respond then go to your credit card company and place a dispute. Tell them that they will not address a problem with the mechandise and that they will not supply a refund option. Your CC company will refund you temporarily and investigate. I placed a dispute on my purchase and was refunded by my credit card company as they went after the merchant. Use your credt card protections. They will help you 90% of the time.
