Why don't they have a phone no. To call and the chat box hasn't worked.

Hi, Rita. They don't have any legitimate channel for communication. Thieves don't do it that way. They want to keep your responses coming because at some time in the future, they will bill your credit card for the "service they rendered" by looking at your email. This is an international scam. Their prices are ridiculously low because the garbage they dump on the public comes from real company rejects. Even considering the comical apparel send by dress Lilly, remember one thing. The material, shipping, overhead and labor expended on the crap they sell is not covered by what they charge. They WILL COMMIT CREDIT CARD FRAUD IN THE NEAR FUTURE. Get ready.
