You can't, doesn't matter cause you'd never get them anyway and if you did you'd be sorry you ordered. They are scam artists. Contact your credit card company for a refund NOW> they will never give you a refund. They will claim it has shipped but you'll likely NEVER get a thing.

Answer:

You'll need to spend a LOT of money. They are in China. Good luck international issues are a whole nother level that require oh I'd say a few hundred thousand at the very least. So if it's worth it I say go for it. Maybe find some legal action for class action suit but not sure how that works internationally either.
