I had a order expedited and i still have not got it.

I see that dresses run small. how many sizes up should i order? the size conversion chart says i'm an xl but the size chart says i'm a l.

I have seen nothing but bad reviews for your website was going to order a dress but people i know and see on a daily basis said they are still waiting on orders placed in the beginning of october its now the end of november i would like to receive my dress this month as i have parties to attend for the holidays but know i'm not sure of your websites credibility.

I ordered on november 21, 2016. i contacted you and cancelled 5 minutes after placing the order but noticed later that day my bank account was charged. so i requested a refund from pay pal and i'm still waiting because apparantly paypal is waiting on hassan to put the money back! money that shouldnt have been taken to begin with!! you stole my money and i want it back!!!
