First time ordering from dresslily and now i am confused and concerned. i got an email stating the items shipped, but it looks like they think i ordered more items than i had. there is no way to find out what the shipping costs will be. and i came across a warning on their website, today, that states some thing about buyer is responsible for all import taxes, shipping costs, etc. because it is from another country. i have no idea what that entails. i only have 180 days according to paypal to cancel this transaction. not sure what to do.

I'm already regretting placing an order after reading all these reviews. i really hesitated to begin with. just placed it two days ago and money has been taken out of my paypal. dress lily gives you a tracking number right away that way paypal pays them thinking dress lily really have mailed it. paypal should maybe track the order and pay out after it has been received.wondering if i should just cancel now?

Dresslily, why are you writing the same apology to all these customers for instance:thank you for your inquiry. all the clothes are from china. you can contact us if you have any other issues. we cannot contact you!!! shipping takes from 7-15 days. this is not true, its been 5 weeks!!!! you say refer friends. my friends will be so angry with me! you say spin when you write a review! it's the same lousy 10% to use on another order that's not coming. i'm so angry!!!! with your company.
