No thy don't exchange. Just send them a email in an after sales report and say. That the size was wrong and thy should compensate you.

I've had that happen too, where some shoes have been a bit small, but for the amazing prices, I figure it's still worth it, especially for the awesome shoes I've bought that fit perfectly. I don't know if they exchange, but the postage to send them back can cost as much as the shoes, so it may not be worth it. I end up giving the shoes to friends or family when I get pairs that are too small.
