These are answered by any one of a hundred different names. I suggest sending the same mail 50 times a day, if nothing else it will p**s them off! Write to BBC Watchdog.
Anne, no point in trying to contact them as they do not reply to emails, except to offer you a ridiculous discount or even better advise you to take the dress the a dressmaker to be repaired at your cost. I got my money back from my credit card company in the end. If enought people claim through their credit card company it may get them to think that Dylan Queen is not to be trusted. Hopefully the credit card companies will stop them from having the ability to take credit cards. Complete rip off merchants.
They don't reply, they should be shut down before more people get ripped off. I don't believe the people who say there dresses are stunning, due to there broken English I believe these are people from the company. Facebook should stop them advertising as they are such frauds.
