on 3/10/17I wouldn't bother - I cc'd him into every single email and NEVER received a response, not even an acknowledgement. It's true what they say - the ethos of a company starts from the top - why should the inexperience/useless phone answerers be bothered if the boss doesn't care what they say or do/don't do? I finally got my refund through sheer persistence - emails AND phone calls. Of course, no recompense for my time or phone costs... Good luck!
I've been informed Greg@easylifegroup.com is the CEOs email address, although as yet I have not emailed, just written 1st class mail on 23/2/17 and not received an answer / acknowledgment as yet (10/3/17). Still waiting for my order.
