If you get no response from the seller, put in a claim with both Ebay and PayPal. (If you used PayPal).
The seller has 8 days to respond.
Stay away from E Bay, they are on the sellers side all the time, my advice is to just eat the loss & stay away.
Look at the sellers rating. Ebay is great with me, stepping in if I don't get my item, or if there is a problem. I shop allot through ebay, or amamazon.
